For example walking 30 minutes per day by walking to your grocery story instead of using your car, taking your dog for a walk, jogging, cycling or even swimming at summer.
  3. Have a Look at the Food You're Eating.
  Food is also a very important part when it comes to losing unwanted pounds. By focusing on eating the right kind of food in the right kind of patterns, you don't have to put all your efforts on exercising as well.
  Here you should try to have at least 3 large meals together with 2 snacks every day between your meals. You should also try to find foods that keeps you full for a longer time, for example foods which contains a high amount of fiber, as well as choosing healthy snacks between your meals such as fruits, yogurts and vegetables.
